By accessing or using the website [www.houseofgracedv.org] (“Site”), operated by House of Grace, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this Site.

2. Mission and Disclaimer

House of Grace provides support, education, advocacy, and resources for individuals affected by domestic violence. We are not a law firm or licensed medical provider. The content on this Site is for informational and educational purposes only and should not be considered professional legal, medical, or psychological advice.

3. Eligibility

This Site is intended for users 13 years of age or older. If you are under 13, you may not use this Site or provide personal information without consent from a parent or guardian.

When using the Site, you agree:

  • Not to post, transmit, or share content that is abusive, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or harmful

  • Not to impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation

  • Not to interfere with the security or functionality of the Site

  • Not to upload or distribute viruses or other malicious code

We reserve the right to restrict access or remove content at our sole discretion.

House of Grace accepts donations and may sell merchandise or event tickets via the Site.

All donations are voluntary and non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law. As a 501(c)(3) organization, donations may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. A donation receipt will be provided for your records.
