We are honored to share that Channel 3 News: Greater Memphis on a Mission recently featured House of Grace in a powerful segment that highlighted both our mission and the incredible strength of the survivors we serve.
As part of this story, Channel 3 generously provided a financial donation to support
our work. But the true impact came
through the voices of survivors who courageously opened up about their past experiences with abuse. Speaking with vulnerability and honesty, they shared how House of Grace provided more than just shelter—it provided safety, food, clothing, and critical resources that helped them begin to heal and rebuild their lives.
These stories are a reminder that domestic violence is real, but so is hope. When survivors receive the support they need, they are not only able to start fresh but often go on to help others walking the same difficult path. At House of Grace, we see every day how survivors can transform their pain into purpose, becoming leaders, advocates, and sources of encouragement for others in need.
Opportunities like this are so important. Media coverage brings awareness to the issue of domestic violence and sends a vital message to those still in unsafe situations: you are not alone, and help is available.
We are deeply grateful to Channel 3 News for their generosity and for giving survivors a platform to be heard. Their voices matter—and by sharing their journeys, we hope to inspire others to reach out for help and find the support they deserve.
